Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supervising a group of employees to achieve organizational goals. This role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards, and acting as a link between team members and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and team targets

  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations

  • Resolve team conflicts and address performance or attendance issues

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

  • Communicate goals, expectations, and updates clearly to the team

  • Identify training needs and support employee development

  • Prepare reports on team performance and productivity

  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office or relevant systems)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma (preferred, but not always required)

  • 1 3 years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience

  • salary- Team Leader (TL) 2 Positions

    Salary: 15,000/- per month

    Petrol Allowance: 1,500/- per month

    Incentive: 0.25% of total business generated
