The Team Leader is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supervising a group of employees to achieve organizational goals. This role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards, and acting as a link between team members and management.
Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and team targets
Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
Resolve team conflicts and address performance or attendance issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Communicate goals, expectations, and updates clearly to the team
Identify training needs and support employee development
Prepare reports on team performance and productivity
Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency
Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Time management and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office or relevant systems)
Bachelor s degree or diploma (preferred, but not always required)
1 3 years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience
salary- Team Leader (TL) 2 Positions
Salary: 15,000/- per month
Petrol Allowance: 1,500/- per month
Incentive: 0.25% of total business generated
