Graduate / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
MBA (Sales & Marketing) Added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage dealer & distributor network in assigned area
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Promote submersible pumps (V4, V6), motors, panels, accessories
Conduct market visits, farmer meets, plumber/electrician meets
Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
Collect payments and ensure timely outstanding recovery
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Provide after-sales support coordination with service team
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
Skills Required
Strong field sales & negotiation skills
Good communication in Hindi (local language preferred)
Ability to travel extensively
Dealer handling & relationship management
Basic knowledge of pump applications (agriculture, domestic, industrial)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 20,000 45,000 per month (as per experience)
