The Mobile Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers with the selection, purchase, and setup of mobile devices, accessories, and service plans. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a positive in-store experience.
Greet customers and identify their mobile needs
Recommend smartphones, accessories, and service plans
Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly
Activate devices and assist with basic setup and data transfer
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked
Handle customer questions, returns, and basic troubleshooting
Stay updated on new products, plans, and technology trends
Follow store policies and security procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology
