To oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers while achieving business targets.
Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling
Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and stock levels
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff (salespersons, cashiers, support staff)
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and conduct appraisals
Motivate team to achieve sales and service excellence
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory audits
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams
Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of merchandise
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
Manage store expenses and budget adherence
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales analytics
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
