Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, managing product displays, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience at the Kandil Store. The role focuses on sales, customer service, store maintenance, and inventory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting kandils, decorative lights, and festival items

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

• Answer customer queries regarding products, prices, and availability

• Handle cash, cards, and digital payments securely

• Track inventory and report low stock to the Store Manager

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store at all times

• Support festival promotions, offers, and in-store campaigns

• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: High school or higher; Diploma/Graduate preferred

• Experience: 0 2 years in retail sales or customer service (freshers can apply)
