The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for handling high-value customers, driving premium jewellery sales, and supporting the store team in achieving sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to mentor junior sales staff.
Handle walk-in and repeat customers for gold, diamond, and premium jewellery
Manage high-value and bulk sales with professional customer engagement
Achieve individual and contribute to store sales targets
Explain gold purity, diamond certification, pricing, and making charges clearly
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
Support store manager in daily sales operations and floor management
Guide and support junior sales executives on product knowledge and selling skills
Ensure proper product display, safety, and inventory handling
Handle customer concerns and coordinate after-sales service
Assist in implementing store promotions, schemes, and campaigns
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred
