**Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer**
**Job Summary**
The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employees interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. The role focuses on improving participants confidence, teamwork, customer interaction, leadership abilities, and workplace effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop, customize, and deliver soft skills training modules such as communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, time management, customer service, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
* Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, assessments, and discussions with management.
* Create engaging training materials (PPTs, activities, role-plays, simulations, assessments, and handouts).
* Facilitate interactive workshops that encourage participation and practical learning.
* Evaluate trainees performance through assessments, feedback, and observation.
* Provide individual coaching to employees who need additional support.
* Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, feedback, and performance improvement.
* Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure training objectives align with organizational goals.
* Continuously update training programs to reflect new trends and best practices in soft skills development.
* Prepare training reports and share improvement recommendations with management.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor s degree (Education, Psychology, HR, or related field preferred)
* Certification in training, communication, coaching, or behavioral sciences (preferred)
* Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role
**Experience**
* 1 5+ years of training experience (depending on organization level)
* Experience working with corporate teams, students, new hires, or customer-facing roles preferred
