Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that builds brand awareness and drives engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.

  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid promotions, influencer collaborations, etc.).

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Specialist / Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics tools.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social media analytics.

  • Creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
