 **Job Summary**

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role coordinates workers, manages resources, enforces safety regulations, and serves as the main point of contact between management, subcontractors, and clients.



**Key Responsibilities**

 **1. Site Operations & Coordination**

* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on site.
* Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
* Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and standards.
* Monitor progress and report delays, risks, or issues.

**2. Health, Safety & Compliance**

* Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and company standards.
* Report and document incidents or near-misses.

**3. Quality Control**

* Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
* Identify and resolve problems to prevent rework or deficiencies.
* Maintain site documentation including checklists and quality reports.

 **4. Resource & Material Management**

* Manage materials, equipment, and tools on site.
* Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory records.
* Prevent waste and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

 **5. Communication & Reporting**

* Act as primary contact for project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports.
* Communicate site needs, progress updates, and issues promptly.
* Participate in site meetings and ensure instructions are implemented.

 **Qualifications**

* High school diploma or relevant trade certification (higher technical qualifications preferred).
* Proven experience in site supervision (industry-specific experience is a plus).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of safety regulations and construction practices.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
