Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the construction/site location. The Site Supervisor will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Monitor labor productivity and material usage

• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Inspect work quality and report issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports

• Identify and resolve on-site problems efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

• Ability to read drawings and technical documents

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
