We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our institute. The role involves contacting prospective students and parents, providing information about courses, handling inquiries, and supporting admissions through effective communication.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to course-related inquiries
Explain institute courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures clearly
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits when required
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
Address basic concerns and escalate complex queries when needed
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills (local language + English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call logs)
Good listening and convincing skills
Ability to handle students and parents politely and professionally
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Freshers can apply
