Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site work and labor activities

• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors

• Monitor material usage and report requirements

• Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance at site

• Maintain site records, attendance, and progress reports

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule

• Report progress and issues to management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil / Interior / Construction (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of interior or construction execution

• Ability to read drawings and layouts

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a site supervisor or site engineer

• Knowledge of safety standards and site practices

• Experience in residential or commercial interior projects
