**Job Title:** Dispatch Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods, proper documentation, and coordination with transporters and internal teams. The role focuses on efficiency, compliance, and smooth outbound logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, schedule, and supervise daily dispatch activities
* Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per delivery schedules
* Verify packing, labeling, and quantity accuracy before dispatch
* Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics partners
* Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and LR
* Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries
* Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and inventory movement logs
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs
* Handle dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer coordination
* Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
* 2 6 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations
* Knowledge of transportation documentation and GST-related dispatch processes
