Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for leading sales initiatives, generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Manage and grow existing client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Guide and mentor junior sales executives.
