Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing, functional, and safe interior spaces that align with clients' needs and preferences. The Interior Designer will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Space Planning: Develop space plans that consider functionality, aesthetics, and safety, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Design Development: Create design concepts, including color schemes, furniture, lighting, and accessories, and present them to clients for approval.
Material Selection: Choose materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and successful project completion.
Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and installation.
Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules.
Quality Control: Oversee the installation of design elements to ensure they meet the desired quality and design standards.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovations in interior design to provide clients with the best solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: +3 year Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with AutoCAD,SketchUP, or other 3d tools.  

Skills:
  - Strong creativity and artistic ability.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs.
  - Strong project management and organizational skills.
  - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  - Ability to work within budgets and meet deadlines.
   Certification: Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus.

 Working Conditions:
The position may require travel to client sites, vendor locations, and construction sites.
The work environment may vary from office settings to active construction areas.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
