Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional architectural experience
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software & presentation tools
* Expertise in planning, drafting, detailing, and execution
* Ability to handle client meetings and project presentations
* Experience in site supervision and coordination with consultants/vendors
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and project timelines.
