**Job Title:** Security Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising security guards, ensuring safety and security of premises, maintaining discipline, and enforcing security policies. The role involves shift management, incident handling, and coordination with management and external agencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and manage security guards and shifts
* Ensure proper deployment of security staff at all posts
* Monitor entry/exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles
* Conduct regular patrols and security checks
* Ensure guards follow SOPs, discipline, and dress code
* Monitor CCTV systems and access control procedures
* Handle incidents, emergencies, and crowd control situations
* Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily logs
* Coordinate with management, police, and emergency services when required
* Train and brief guards on security procedures and safety norms
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
* 2 6 years of experience in security supervision
* Background in security services, ex-serviceman preferred
* Knowledge of safety, fire-fighting, and emergency procedures
