Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to protect people, property, and assets. The Security Guard will monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security

• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems

• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity

• Report and document incidents, accidents, and security breaches accurately

• Enforce company policies, rules, and safety procedures

• Provide assistance to visitors and staff when needed

• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid security guard license or certification (as required by local regulations)

• Good observation and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

• Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement

• First aid or CPR certification

• Ability to write clear and accurate reports

Work Conditions

• May include day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts

• Indoor and/or outdoor work environments
