Job Summary

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service within the store. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their product requirements

• Assist customers in product selection and provide accurate information

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Process billing and support the checkout process when required

• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

• Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally

• Support stock handling, tagging, and inventory checks

• Follow store policies, safety, and operational procedures

• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
