Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Salesman/Helper to assist customers, maintain shop cleanliness, and support daily sales operations in our shoe shop. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic product knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting shoes according to their needs

• Explain product features, sizes, prices, and offers

• Arrange and display shoes neatly on shelves

• Assist customers with fitting and size selection

• Handle billing and cash/card payments (if assigned)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

• Check stock, refill shelves, and report low inventory

• Pack purchased items properly

• Support senior staff and follow shop guidelines

Requirements

• Basic education (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long hours

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking

• Prior experience in a shoe shop or retail sales is an advantag
