Job Title:
Male Store Staff Retail Footwear Shop
Department:

Job Purpose:
To assist customers, maintain the store, and ensure smooth daily operations in a retail footwear environment, delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting footwear
Provide product information regarding sizes, features, and offers
Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure proper stock arrangement
Handle billing and cash transactions at the counter if required
Receive and manage inventory, assist in stock replenishment
Support store promotions and achieve daily sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer queries
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to stand for long hours and manage store operations efficiently
Basic math and billing knowledge (POS handling is a plus)
Team player and reliable
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Male candidates only
Freshers or candidates with retail experience can apply
