Job Title: Sales Promoter

Job Summary

The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting products and services to customers, increasing sales, and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, demonstrating product features, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail stores, events, or designated locations.

  • Engage customers through product knowledge, persuasive communication, and friendly interaction.

  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and organize promotional materials.

  • Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the sales team.

  • Conduct product sampling or live demonstrations as required.

  • Monitor competitor activities and share relevant information with management.

  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports.

  • Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.


Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a sales promoter, brand ambassador, or similar role (optional).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to persuade customers and close sales.

  • Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and stand for long hours.
