**Job Title:** External Sales Representative (Field Sales)
**Role Overview**
The External Sales Representative at **Syntax** is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and representing the company s solutions directly in the field. This role involves visiting customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate products/services that align with Syntax s standards and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**
* Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
* Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
* Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
**Relationship Management**
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
* Provide ongoing support, follow-up, and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain regular communication to anticipate future customer needs.
**Market & Product Knowledge**
* Stay informed about Syntax s product portfolio, updates, and technical features.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
* Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvement.
**Reporting & Administration**
* Document all sales activities in the CRM system.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Coordinate with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and market
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or account management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid driver s license and willingness to travel regularly.
* Knowledge of the industry relevant to Syntax
