Job Purpose

To promote and sell the bank s financial products and services, build strong customer relationships, and help achieve the bank s sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance

  • Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, calls, and visits

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Explain banking products, features, and benefits clearly to customers

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

  • Assist customers with account opening and documentation

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with banking policies and regulations

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments

  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

  • Prior experience in sales or banking is an advantage

  • Knowledge of banking systems and regulations is a plus
