We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager Events to lead our sales efforts for corporate and social events. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, and promotional events.
Client Acquisition: Generate leads, meet potential clients, understand their event requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentations; negotiate contracts and close deals.
Team Coordination: Work closely with event planning, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
Sales Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect client feedback and ensure client satisfaction after event completion.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3 7 years of sales experience, preferably in event management, hospitality, advertising, or related industrie
