**Job Title: Sales Export Manager**

 

**Job Summary**

 

The Sales Export Manager is responsible for managing and expanding international sales operations for products manufactured at the plant. This role focuses on developing export markets, maintaining relationships with global clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with production, logistics, and quality teams to fulfill international orders efficiently.

 

 **Key Responsibilities**

 

 **1. Export Sales & Market Development**

 

* Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and business opportunities.

* Achieve export sales targets and grow the company s global presence.

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, pricing, and industry trends.

* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to international clients.

 

**2. Customer Relationship Management**

 

* Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, agents, and international customers.

* Handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and manage order confirmation processes.

* Address customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

 

**3. Coordination with Internal Departments**

 

* Work closely with the production, planning, and quality teams to ensure product availability and compliance with customer specifications.

* Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipping, export documentation, and delivery schedules.

* Monitor inventory levels for export products.

 

**4. Export Documentation & Compliance**

 

* Prepare export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and LC documentation.

* Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and country-specific requirements.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies.

 

 **5. Reporting & Analysis**

 

* Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.

* Analyze export sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

* Recommend improvements to pricing strategies, product offerings, and market approaches.

 

**Qualifications & Skills**

 

**Education**

 

* Bachelor s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.

* MBA preferred (optional).

 

*Experience**

 

* 3 7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.

* Experience in handling international customers and export documentation.

 

**Skills**

 

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Knowledge of global markets and export procedures.

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

* Ability to travel internationally.

* Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
