Job Summary:
The Sales Executive in the petroleum industry is responsible for generating sales of petroleum products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding client needs, providing product solutions, and coordinating with logistics and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities for petroleum products (fuel, lubricants, oils, etc.)

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

  • Monitor sales targets and prepare regular sales reports

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations

  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in petroleum, energy, or related industries

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to meet targets and work independently

  • Basic knowledge of petroleum products, usage, and market trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driving license for client visits

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting

  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the petroleum industry
