Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role bridges the gap between sales, production, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts

  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems

  • Track orders from confirmation to delivery and resolve any issues

  • Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management

  • Communicate with production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless workflow

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Support sales team in planning and organizing meetings, presentations, and events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or customer support

  • Knowledge of the industry/products being sold

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
