We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel if required.
