The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of JK Tyre products within the assigned territory by managing dealer networks, developing new business, achieving sales targets, and strengthening brand presence in the market.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for JK Tyre products
Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory
Develop new business opportunities with retailers, fleet owners, and institutional customers
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at dealer outlets
Conduct market surveys to track competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences
Execute company sales schemes, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Collect market intelligence and provide regular sales reports to management
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy dealer accounts
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with service teams for resolution
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key customers
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience: 1 5 years of sales experience (preferably in tyres, automotive, FMCG, or allied industries)
