** Job Summary**
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support related to **hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems**. The role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth running of all IT infrastructure within the company.
** Key Responsibilities**
**Hardware & Software Support**
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
* Install and update operating systems, applications, and software
* Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
**Network Support**
* Assist in configuration of routers, switches, and access points
* Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity
* Resolve network issues (IP conflict, slow network, disconnection etc.)
**CCTV & Security System Support**
* Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR
* Monitor CCTV health status and recording backup
* Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity or recording issues
**Maintenance & Monitoring**
* Perform preventive maintenance of IT systems
* Maintain IT inventory & documentation
* Ensure security of data and system access
* Create backup of important data regularly
**User Support**
* Provide on-site and remote support to employees
* Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA
* Train users on basic IT usage and security best practices
** Required Qualifications**
* 12th / Diploma in IT / Hardware & Networking / Electronics
* Graduate (BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Tech) preferred
* Certification: A+, N+, CCNA, Hardware & Networking (optional but beneficial)
** Required Skills**
* Good knowledge of computer hardware
* Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing)
* CCTV installation & troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Windows OS / basic Linux
* Problem-solving and communication skills
** Additional Requirements**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to handle field work (if required)
