Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive Event Management to generate leads, acquire clients, and support the sales process for corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting event services, coordinating with clients, and helping convert inquiries into successful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.

  • Client Interaction: Meet potential clients, understand their event requirements, and explain company services and offerings.

  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

  • Deal Closure: Follow up with leads and support the sales manager in closing deals.

  • Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact between clients and internal event planning teams.

  • Market Research: Keep track of competitors, market trends, and pricing.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect client feedback and support relationship-building for repeat business.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Hospitality preferred).

  • Experience: 1 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or service industry.
