Job Summary:

The Sales Executive (Field Sales) is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales. This role involves visiting clients in person, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers within the assigned area or territory.

  • Generate new business by selling the company s products or services.

  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to clients.

  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

  • Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

  • Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM or sales tracker.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to fulfill customer needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).

  • 1 3 years of experience in field sales / direct sales (FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, Real Estate, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Familiar with local market geography.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional but preferred).


Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (in most field roles).
