Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting printing services such as offset printing, digital printing, large-format printing, and customized print solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients for printing services
Promote products such as brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, labels, visiting cards, and customized print materials
Meet with clients to understand their printing needs and provide suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate job delivery
Follow up on orders, payments, and customer feedback
Maintain records of sales activities, client details, and market trends
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the printing industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Basic knowledge of printing processes and materials
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of offset, digital, flex, and packaging printing
Valid driving license (if field sales is required)
Work Environment:
Field sales and office coordination with production and design teams.
