Job Summary:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, assisting consultants, and ensuring smooth clinical operations within the hospital or healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical attention to patients in wards, ICU, and emergency departments.

• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Assist senior doctors in diagnosing and managing patients.

• Prescribe medications and ensure correct administration by nursing staff.

• Attend medical emergencies and coordinate with consultants when required.

• Conduct regular ward rounds and follow up on patient progress.

• Ensure all medical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.

• Maintain communication with patient attendants regarding patient condition and updates.

• Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and hospital training sessions.

Qualification:

• MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

• Registered with the Medical Council.

Experience:

• 0 3 years (Freshers can also apply, depending on hospital policy).

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability.
