Job Summary:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, assisting consultants, and ensuring smooth clinical operations within the hospital or healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate medical attention to patients in wards, ICU, and emergency departments.

Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate clinical records.

Assist senior doctors in diagnosing and managing patients.

Prescribe medications and ensure correct administration by nursing staff.

Attend medical emergencies and coordinate with consultants when required.

Conduct regular ward rounds and follow up on patient progress.

Ensure all medical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.

Maintain communication with patient attendants regarding patient condition and updates.

Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and hospital training sessions.
Qualification:

MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

Registered with the Medical Council.
Experience:
