Build and manage relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners
Promote and sell life insurance products such as term plans, savings plans, and ULIPs
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve assigned sales and business targets
Assist customers with policy documentation, proposals, and renewals
Provide after-sales service and support to existing policyholders
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies
