**Job Title:** Relationship Manager Life Insurance

**Job Summary:**
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing life insurance business through bank branches and direct customer interactions. The role focuses on relationship building, sales generation, customer servicing, and achievement of assigned insurance targets while maintaining high service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches (Bancassurance channel)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and branch managers
* Identify prospective customers and understand their financial and insurance needs
* Pitch suitable Canara HSBC Life Insurance products to customers
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (premium, policies, and persistency)
* Conduct joint customer calls and sales activities with bank staff
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per IRDAI and company norms
* Support policy issuance, renewals, and customer service requirements
* Maintain MIS, sales reports, and update CRM regularly
* Participate in training programs and sales meetings
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
* 0 5 years of experience in life insurance, bancassurance, or BFSI sales
* Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work on targets and in a sales-driven environment
**Skills Required:**
* Relationship management and customer handling
* Sales and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of life insurance products (Term, ULIP, Savings, Protection plans)
* Ability to work with bank partners
* Result-oriented and self-motivated
