**Job Summary:**
The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving general insurance business by managing relationships with partners and customers, generating new business, and ensuring policy servicing. The role focuses on sales growth, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate general insurance business (Motor, Health, SME, Non-Motor, Retail) through assigned partners or channels
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, dealers, bank staff, or corporate clients
* Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable Future Generali products
* Achieve assigned premium and policy targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Conduct joint sales calls, product presentations, and field activities
* Ensure accurate documentation, underwriting coordination, and timely policy issuance
* Support renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
* Monitor portfolio performance and improve retention ratios
* Maintain MIS reports and update CRM systems regularly
* Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
