Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule patient appointments.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.
Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding reminders or changes.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists regarding patient flow.
Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation (if applicable).
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
