Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to educate and inspire young learners in grades 1 5. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment, fostering students academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum

• Teach core subjects such as English, Math, Science, and Social Studies

• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments tailored to students needs

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor and evaluate students progress and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage good behavior

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students performance and development

• Organize classroom activities, projects, and extracurricular learning opportunities

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events

• Support students social and emotional growth through mentoring and guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Education or relevant field

• Valid teaching certification (B.Ed or equivalent) preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Patience, creativity, and ability to inspire young learners

• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration
