Job Summary

The CBSE School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. The role focuses on fostering academic excellence, student development, and a positive learning environment while supporting the overall mission of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons as per the CBSE curriculum and academic calendar

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids

• Assess, evaluate, and record student performance through tests and assignments

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning environment

• Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and creativity

• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress

• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities

• Prepare students for examinations and competitions

• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in relevant subject

• B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools)

• CTET qualification (preferred / as per school norms)
