Job Title:

Packer / Picker (Meesho Warehouse)

Job Purpose:

To accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch as per Meesho quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking & Packing:

• Pick products from storage locations as per order details

• Pack items properly using approved packing materials

• Label and seal parcels correctly for dispatch

• Ensure correct quantity and product matching before packing

Quality Check:

• Perform basic quality and visual checks before packing

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor

Warehouse Operations:

• Scan barcodes using handheld devices

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines

Dispatch Support:

• Sort packed orders as per delivery routes or dispatch instructions

• Assist in loading and unloading parcels if required
