**Job Summary:**
The Paramedical Technician provides clinical and technical support to doctors and nurses by performing diagnostic, therapeutic, and patient care procedures as per assigned specialty. The role ensures accurate testing, patient safety, and smooth functioning of medical support services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist doctors and nursing staff in clinical and diagnostic procedures
* Perform assigned technical tasks such as sample collection, imaging support, or emergency assistance (as per specialization)
* Prepare patients for procedures and explain basic instructions
* Operate and maintain medical equipment relevant to the department
* Maintain patient records, reports, and documentation accurately
* Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste management protocols
* Ensure cleanliness and readiness of work area and equipment
* Support patient transfer and emergency care when required
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth patient care services
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Diploma / Degree in Paramedical Technology or relevant specialization
(e.g., DMLT, Radiology, Emergency Medical Technology, OT Technician, Dialysis Technician, etc.)
* Valid registration/certification with relevant council (if applicable)
* 0 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility (freshers can apply)
