Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our event management company. The role focuses on brand building, lead generation, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and drive business growth across corporate and social events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote event services and achieve business goals.

  • Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels including digital, print, and on-ground promotions.

  • Digital Marketing: Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and website content.

  • Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and promotions.

  • Content & Creative: Oversee creation of marketing content such as brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, and social media posts.

  • Event Promotion: Manage marketing activities for company-organized events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.

  • Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spending.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Vendor & Agency Coordination: Coordinate with designers, digital agencies, printers, and media partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

  • Experience: 4 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in event management, hospitality, media, or service industry.
