**Job Summary**
The Marketing Staff supports the training centre by promoting courses, increasing student enrolment, and enhancing brand visibility. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, coordinating events, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure smooth recruitment activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Marketing & Promotion**
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
* Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media content, and email newsletters.
* Manage digital marketing efforts including social media pages, website updates, and online ads.
* Track performance of marketing activities and prepare reports.
**2. Student Recruitment**
* Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and social media.
* Guide potential students through course information, schedules, and admission procedures.
* Follow up on leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.
* Support enrollment activities and coordinate with academic teams.
**3. Events & Outreach**
* Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, open houses, and community events.
* Attend education fairs, school visits, and promotional events to raise awareness.
* Coordinate with partners, influencers, and local organizations for outreach activities.
**4. Market Research**
* Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
* Identify new marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to the management.
* Collect student feedback for service improvement.
**5. Administrative Tasks**
* Prepare marketing reports, documentation, and presentations.
* Maintain marketing inventory (flyers, banners, promotional items).
* Support the team with other tasks as required.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
* Experience in marketing or sales is an advantage, especially in education or training industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
* Creative, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills is a plus.
