Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that enhance the healthcare centre s brand visibility, patient engagement, and service utilisation. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating community outreach activities, and supporting overall business development goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote medical services, clinics, and specialised healthcare programs.

  • Conduct market research to identify patient needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

  • Assist in setting marketing goals aligned with the centre s business objectives.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.

  • Oversee online campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertisements.

  • Monitor website traffic, patient enquiries, and digital campaign performance using analytics tools.

3. Branding & Communications

  • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and videos.

  • Ensure all internal and external communications align with the centre s brand identity.

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for creative development.

4. Patient Engagement & Community Outreach

  • Plan and execute community health camps, wellness programs, and patient education events.

  • Build relationships with local organisations, corporates, and referral partners.

  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and support patient engagement initiatives.

5. Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying new growth opportunities, partnerships, and service promotion ideas.

  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral and lead-generation activities.

  • Track marketing ROI and contribute insights for decision-making.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and lead conversions.

  • Analyse data to recommend improvements to marketing strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience

  • 1 3 years of marketing experience (healthcare industry preferred but not mandatory).
