Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain profitability while upholding quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

  • Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily reports

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations

  • Control costs and improve operational efficiency

  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Experience

  • 3 7 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations

  • Prior experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager preferred
