Job Purpose:

To assist customers, promote apparel sales, and ensure smooth daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in product selection

• Explain product features, sizes, and offers

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations

• Refill stock and manage product displays

• Achieve daily sales targets and support promotions

• Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic billing / POS knowledge (training provided)

• Presentable and positive attitude

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Team player

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
