Job Title:

Male Store Staff Raymond Ready-to-Wear

Department:

Retail / Sales / Store Operations

Job Purpose:

To assist customers, drive sales, maintain store appearance, and ensure smooth daily operations in a Raymond retail store while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories

• Advise on sizes, styles, fabric, and offers

• Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and stock merchandise

• Handle billing and POS operations efficiently

• Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment

• Support store promotions and achieve daily sales targets

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented and presentable

• Basic knowledge of billing / POS systems

• Team player and able to handle store operations efficiently

• Ability to work in shifts

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Male candidates preferred

• Freshers or candidates with retail experience can apply
