Job Summary:
The Manager Liaison acts as the key point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, such as government authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, clients, and internal departments. The role ensures smooth communication, compliance, and coordination to support the company s operational, legal, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface between the company and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory authorities, and vendors.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HR, finance, legal) to ensure timely communication and follow-up on requirements.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

  • Prepare and submit required documents, reports, and filings to authorities or external parties.

  • Handle approvals, clearances, and permits from government or regulatory bodies.

  • Address queries and resolve issues raised by external parties in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with external agencies and partners.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding liaison activities.

  • Support business development and operational initiatives requiring coordination with external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or related field.

  • Minimum [X] years of experience in liaison, compliance, or corporate affairs.

  • Familiarity with government procedures, statutory requirements, and regulatory processes.

  • Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional coordination.
